Our Private Dining Room offers an intimate and exclusive room for up to 14 guests to dine and celebrate secluded from our other guests.

Each course is a vital element of our menu. It will provide our guests with a thoughtful and memorable dining experience.

The menu cost two hundred and thirty-five euros per person.

We are also happy to offer a pescetarian version of our menu.
A vegan or vegetarian menu will not be available.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guests with heavy allergies of fish or seafood.

We charge a deposit of one hundred euros per person to secure your booking. This is for two reasons, one related to our restaurant and the other related to sustainability: First, at Doubek, we only offer seven tables to our guests. To display our dedication for the best dining experience possible, the presence of our guests is required. Second, the produce used is valuable and food-waste should be limited to a bare minimum. We only source the highest quality of food and it would be sad if it could not be used in the menu. We therefore respectfully ask to honor your booking. Thank you for your understanding.
